1. Services and scope
We provide web development, software solutions, IT support, digital services and technology consulting. The specific scope, deliverables, price and estimated timeline for a project will be stated in a written quotation, proposal, invoice or service agreement accepted by the client.
2. Quotations and acceptance
Unless stated otherwise, quotations are valid for 14 days. A project is confirmed when the client accepts the written scope and pays any required deposit. Requests outside the agreed scope may require a revised timeline and additional fee.
3. Payments
Payment amounts and due dates appear on the applicable proposal or invoice. Work may be paused when a payment is overdue. The client is responsible for accurate billing details and any bank, payment-provider or currency-conversion charges that apply.
4. Client responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate instructions, lawful content, required access and timely feedback. The client confirms that they have permission to use all materials supplied to us. Delays in content, access, approval or feedback may affect delivery dates.
5. Revisions and approvals
Included revision rounds, where applicable, are stated in the project scope. Additional revisions or changes after approval may be quoted separately. An approval by email or another agreed channel may be treated as confirmation to proceed.
6. Intellectual property
After full payment, the client receives the rights to final custom deliverables described in the agreement, excluding our pre-existing tools, reusable code, licensed third-party components and general know-how. Third-party materials remain subject to their own licences.
7. Acceptable use
Our services must not be used for unlawful, fraudulent, harmful or abusive activity, or to infringe another person’s rights. We may refuse or stop work that creates a legal, security or ethical risk.
8. Warranties and liability
We will provide services with reasonable care and skill. Unless expressly agreed, we do not guarantee uninterrupted third-party services, search rankings, sales outcomes or compatibility with future platform changes. To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected service.
9. Ending a service
Either party may end an engagement in writing. Fees remain due for work performed and committed costs up to the effective termination date. Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy and any project-specific agreement.
10. Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of Ghana. Questions may be sent to info@mtcsolutions.tech. We encourage both parties to first attempt to resolve any dispute through good-faith discussion.
